Bobby Ballance | Founder & Principal
Bobby has spent over a decade building and scaling physical security programs for hyper-growth technology and fintech organizations, which essentially means he has spent thousands of hours explaining to boardrooms why a multi-million dollar cybersecurity firewall doesn't matter if an intruder can simply tailgate a late-night cleaning crew straight to an unlocked administrative console.
Before founding The Ballance Strategy, Bobby directed global security & technology roadmaps, managed multi-million dollar vendor lifecycles, and implemented high-consequence asset protection infrastructure at some of the most visible brand in the tech space such as Robinhood, Tesla, and more. He specializes in translating physical operational risk into measurable business outcomes, revenue enablement, and boardroom clarity.
